ww // why i couldn’t live without my apple watch

happy wellness wednesday ladies & gents! today’s post is about my apple watch, the bands i love & how i use it on a daily basis! I thought this was a perfect post to do around christmas in case you’re thinking of wanting one!

First up, I couldn’t live without this thing! I love using it and it is always on my wrist & when it’s not i feel lost! Honestly even if the battery is dead I still feel the need to have it on my wrist haha. It’s so easy to use especially with it being connected to my phone.

All of the bands I use I order from amazon! I’ve gotten a fancy tortoise shell clasp kind, a cloth kind that’s washable, and a million silicone ones in different colors! I prefer buying them off amazon because they’re so much cheaper than buying actual apple ones & the quality is just the same!

Now to how i use it on a daily basis! 4:40 wake up call- take it off the charger & put it on for my 5am workout! Once I get to the gym I start my workout on the regular workout app! Throughout the day it’ll tell me to stand or take a walk (which i usually don’t need a reminder of because I’m constantly running around at school lol!) During school I’m referencing it for my timer to cool down kids or setting a time expectation for them to be back in the classroom! I can start and pause music that’s playing on my phone right from my wrist! If i need to respond to an immediate text, I can reply within seconds even if my phone isn’t near me. I also have it synced with all the apps on my phone & as a teacher I am constantly using the Calm app to play relaxing music in the background or anything like that, but the calm app also sends me some motivational or inspirational notifications during the day which I love.

I have the series 3 and for the money it costs it’s 100% worth it! I hope this was helpful!
