Workout Wednesday // core
Thank you all for voting on which you’d rather see! It helps me out so much! For those of you who voted for lower body- I will share that next Wednesday! Core is one of my favorite things to work, but know that you won’t have a 6 pack by the end of this workout! There is a saying that says ‘abs are made in the kitchen!’ Its a lot about what you eat. AND more exercises than you think will require you to engage your core!
WARM UP
- 60 second forearm plank
- 30 second side plank
- 30 seconds switch (side plank)
- 30 second forearm front plank side dips
- 30 seconds high plank hold
Circuit 1 x 3 times through
- 10 sit ups
- 10 push ups
- 10 v ups (legs straight up – create a V with your body)
Circuit 2 x 3 times through
- 10 leg raises
- 10 raised leg crunch
- 30 reps alternating bicycles
Circuit 3 x 3 times through
- 30 second plank hold
- 10 plank hold with legs jumping in and out
- 10 plank hold with alternating arm reaches
- 10 plank pikes
- 30 second plank hold
