spring dresses // h&m

If you couldn’t tell based on my last couple try on blog posts I am OBSESSED WITH H&M. They have such a great range of clothing, literally anything from classy workwear to going out attire and the quality is fantastic!! Today I posted a poll on my insta stories for what you guys wanted to see: spring dresses or spring work wear, and spring dresses was ahead!  Within 5 minutes of me being in the store, I had like 12 dresses in my hands & the best part about some of the dresses I picked up is that they could be perfect for work too – so you may see some repeats when I do the spring work wear!

So first up is this little number that I posted on my Instagram (@marinna_tayyy). I mean come on, how cute is this!!! I am completely obsessed with the buttons on the front of it, the pattern and the sleeves. Couldn’t leave the store without it!!!

Next is this yellow floral dress! This would also be perfect for the office! It was quite thick though which would be my only complaint but that’s because the lining was pretty thick. It had a tie belt on it, which I wasn’t a huge fan of, but I just tied it in the back which synched it a little more in the front which made it look so flattering.

This green dress was probably the most comfortable dress I tried on. The material of it was to die for, it doesn’t look like it but it was stretchy!!! So breathable, and the sleeves also make it appropriate for the workplace!! The ties on the side were my favorite part, so so so flattering! 

Guys I wish I saw this before valentines day, because this dress,  I mean hello *heart eyes* Even though this would have been perfect for valentines day it also is a great dress for spring and summer. It’s a little dressy so it would be ideal for a wedding in my opinion! But it is such a lightweight material and not seethrough at all! I love the detailing of the strap!

I’ve seen this kind of dress on so many girls and I love it! I just think I needed to try on another size, it would look so cute with some converses, flip flops or even wedges for a dressier look! It was such a soft material and very breathable! I would recommend sizing up and wearing spanx or something under it! Lol

This floral maxi totally stole my heart, how cute it is!!!! I love that it is not floor length dress (because i’m short it’s hard to walk with maxi’s lol). I love the sleeves, and I love how it ties on the side. I literally love everything about this dress!! Also would be so perfect for work!! (cant believe I didn’t buy this in the store but I need it—adding it to my cart!!)

Lastly this polka dot dress was the cutest!! I’m not a huge fan of polka dots but I think this is so pretty for literally any kind of outfit you need in the spring or summer! And this would be beyond perfect for work, solo or with a blazer & some wedges!!
