balancing goals // monday motivation

Hi cuties- this is a question I’ve been getting a lot lately, and a question that i’ve also been trying to perfect. So I figured that I would share what has been working for me!

As some of you know I’ve been studying for my mtels, and everyday I set aside 3 or 4 hours of study time (shoot me now) but sometimes I find balancing everything I want / need to do very difficult. But by prioritizing my goals it takes a lot of stress off my shoulders. I look at ‘how important is working out’: important but I also do it everyday  & if I happen to miss a workout then I double up the following day // how important is studying: (typing that made me laugh) VERY freakin’ important // how important is getting up my Monday motivation post up on the blog: important because I love my girls that religiously read them 😊 —but with prioritizing I know that i gotta keep this post short & sweet 😉 That the gym can be used as a little break from studying, but then once I get home Ill get right back into it!

hope this mini post helped you guys out with whatever your goals are!! don’t get stressed about them, just take a second to prioritize!
