at home upper body workout

HI all!! With all the craziness going on, like schools, restaurants and gyms being shut down- its time to get creative! I grabbed my yoga mat and my bands and set up shop in the screen porch of my house. Such a fun area to do a workout and I can’t wait to share more with you over the coming days and weeks!

My hope in sharing these videos not only on my instagram @rinna_fit, but also on here is that everyone who watches it will not only see how the movements should be done, but realize they’re not watching some crazy fit chick doing these movements & be able to laugh and notice that I also S T R U G G L E with a lot of different movements that I’m not doing daily.

It’s also important for myself, and anyone who normally is a fan of the weight room and trying to hit PR’s to get back to the basics. I didn’t realize how sweaty or how many calories I would burn from doing a workout solely with bands and a jug of OJ.
